The best part was when one of the Ticket Factory Customer Team told me that she is the only advisor working therefore she cannot help me and she can only advise that I will have to call the Arena to find out where the tickets are. The estimated delivery date was on the 20th December 2016, however the tickets never arrived and i had to make several phone calls to the Ticket Factory Customer Team to find out what happened to my tickets, unfortunately four times different phone call with four different people and none of them was able to help me resolve my issue.even in their terms & conditions it says if a customer has not received the tickets 5 working days before the event date to call. On the 18th December 2016 I checked where my tickets were and they had already been dispatched. I had received the confirmation email from the Ticket Factory including an Order Tracking Reference. I recently purchased two GOLD VIP Tickets for the Arenacross Tour at the Manchester Arena. Just be aware if you purchase this with your tickets, it doesn’t automatically cover you. I thought ticket protection was a good idea, in case of anything going wrong. The stress this has caused has made me ill. But if they don’t sell by Saturday I will loose all of £303.00. I begrudgingly put tickets for sale on Twickets, nothing yet. I have been trying to speak to someone else, but the countless phone calls have been to an answerphone telling what number in the queue I am, then after 15-20 mins terminates the call, saying there is no operatives to answer call. She made it obvious she wasn’t interested and couldn’t wait to get off phone. I said that’s fine but it’s a case of general old age, not a proper diagnosis. She stated that I had to download a medical form as there needed to be a paper trail, ( I completely understand about form ). I told her there was nothing specific other than general deterioration that comes with being old. I explained the situation, she asked what was wrong with my mum. ![]() The young lady was completely disinterested, bordering rude. He said that I had to go through for a refund, but due to show being almost sold out that there should be no problems. The young man who answered was lovely and reassuring. I rang ticket factory to explain and to ask if I could have a refund as we would not be going know. My mum is 86, an health wise has deteriorated, mobility is now quite poor. I got ticket protection as it was still about 8 months prior to the show. I bought tickets in august to see Andre Rieu, for myself, sister and elderly mum.
